Xenofex is a plugin suite of 14 filters for Adobe Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, Macromedia Fireworks MX and Jasc Paint Shop Pro (Windows only).

Four of the filters are new to this version, whilst the remaining ten have been revamped.

The full list of filters is as follows: Burnt Edges, Mosaic, Constellation, Cracks, Crumple, Electrify, Flag, Lightning, Little Fluffy Clouds, Puzzle, Rip Open, Shatter, Stain and Television.

The names are pretty self-explanatory, with Burnt Edges giving an image the appearance of having burnt edges (surprisingly), and Mosaic creates a mosaic of an image (see image, above).

You get the idea.

Each filter comes with a number of settings for altering the way the filter manipulates a selected image, complete with a preview.
